A SHORT STORY OF OUR JOURNEY

RYZ Property Consulting was founded in early 2015 when the founders, Restaditya Harris, Yudistira Adipradana, and Zikril Hakim, met to discuss a freelance project. Since then, the business has been growing steadily as a freelance partnership enterprise and continuously developing its core business in brokerage, business development, investment, and project management. We have served clients from different nationals and adapt quickly to the changing business environment. Our talents’ background is diverse, and in the end, it will benefit our clients. Although this enterprise is still young, we have prepared plans for the future. The strategic plan of the business includes expansion and diversification strategy as a fund manager, asset manager, property valuation, real estate developer, and property technology startup.

RYZ Property Consulting was built on the ground to help the stakeholders in the real estate industry in Indonesia. As in today, real estate professional services are deemed by most of the stakeholders to be expensive and unaffordable. We are here to provide affordable services but not neglecting the quality and professionalism throughout the process. We believe that real estate should be for everyone, and it is reflected in our services and products. We also uphold the sustainability concept in real estate and think it is possible to be achieved by carefully implementing the fundamental idea of real estate itself.

RESTADITYA HARRIS

With more than 5 years of professional experience, he is an expert in real estate brokerage, project management, and handling multi-national clients. He has been exposed to various real estate businesses in Indonesia, from residential to leisure properties, including LEED certified building. He is a former project management professional with Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia and London School of Public Relations (LSPR). He graduated as BSc Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and MSc Real Estate from Cass Business School, London.

YUDISTIRA ADIPRADANA

Having more than 10 years of professional experience, he is skillful in conducting real estate market analysis, competitor research, and financial modeling for various real estate projects across major cities in Indonesia, e.g. Jakarta, West Java, East Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara, and East Java. He is currently a strategy business development professional at Bakrieland Development. He graduated as BSc Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

ZIKRIL HAKIM

Adept in business and investment analysis with more than 10 years' experience. Focused on strategy, feasibility study, real estate investment and security analysis. He is a general manager at Brewin Mesa Development and a former senior investment manager at Diener Syz, a Switzerland based real estate private equity firm. He graduated as BSc Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) (first honor, valedictorian) and MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (McGeeReese Excellence awardee).

DITA MELIA PUTRI

Experienced as investment banking associate at Trimegah Securities, advising clients’ top executives in Indonesia. Thorough experience in various capital market transaction and corporate finance advisory, she is also currently expanding her talent in building design as well. She is analytic, quick learner, well organized, and open-minded person. She graduated as BSc Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

WIDYA HAPSARI

Experienced as general contractor at PP (Persero), managing multibillion high-rise building construction projects. In-depth exposure to construction cost control, procurement negotiation, and sustainability. She is also a member of Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) and certified as Greenship Associate (GA). She graduated as BSc Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and MSc Project Management, Risk, and Finance from City, University of London.

TIMOTIUS YONATHAN SUNARSA

Experienced as project manager at LG CNS managing the Jakarta LRT project. Robust civil engineering background obtained from research activities in Korea. He has the flexibility and supreme stakeholder’s management which is vital when executing a project. He is graduated as BSc Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and MS Civil Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

RAFI HADYANDA

A legal consultant with demonstrated working history in general corporate, employment, land acquisition, healthcare, mining, as well as dispute resolution mechanism. He graduated in 2018 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia, majoring in business law and has passed the Indonesian bar exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - PERADI).
